Embrace The Feeling


Become aware of how you feel, where you feel this in your body and question yourself as to what triggered this feeling. If you become aware of how you are feeling, where you are feeling and why you are feeling you cannot numb the emotions and therefore are still able to feel other emotions such as joy, happiness and love. 


Believe Whole Heartedly


Believe whole heartedly that being vulnerable is just the unknown, the uncertain and no guarantees. Therefore when the result is unknown focus your attention on the now and start believing the best result you can. 


Have Compassion


Have compassion for yourself in this moment and allow yourself a time to embrace what you are feeling however after this agreed time advise yourself that you have spent long enough on the worries. 


Be Seen


Allow others to see your vulnerable side, you are not a robot you are human. Hiding yourself from others is preventing them from knowing all sides of you and you are limiting your self of who you really are. You are you and there is only one you. 


Let Go Of ‘Should”


Let go of who you or others think you should be. drop the expectations on yourself, others and situations. 


Practice Gratitude and Joy

Focus on where you are today in this moment, take a few minutes to look back at how far you have come, the challenges you have faced and show yourself gratitude. 


I Am Enough


Remind yourself at least 10 times a day that you are enough. You could even turn this into a mantra repeating more than 10 times I am followed by what you want.
